CUSTOM ORDERS, INCLUDING PERSONALIZED MAP PRODUCTS, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGABLE.
If you received a damaged product, please send a photo of the damages and we will discuss exchange possibilities with you.

RETURNS
For non-custom items, please email us about returns within 5 business days of receiving the product. After we receive the item it will be inspected for condition/ wear of use. The price of product will be returned via PayPal. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
We will exchange any non-custom item without wear of use, within 10 business days of receiving the product. Additional costs for exchanges of greater value will be charged (if applicable), as well as shipping costs, via PayPal.
